VENDOR PACKAGES

Purchasing this package you will have access to your designated outdoor or indoor space to all vendor events from April though December.

 

This year we are operating differently, ALL of our events except for Easter & the food event will coincide with Downtown Dixon signature events. This will help enhance visibility and attract higher volume of foot traffic since they are already highly anticipated events that naturally attracts a large audience. Versus last year where we chose random dates throughout the year. 

 

Last year our Food Truck Festival (Bites & Boutiques this year) was a massive event and we only allowed food vendors only. This year I am opening it up to non-food vendors BUT since there will be limited space we will only give spots to the first 4 Non-Food vendors who purchase a package (indoor or outdoor). 

 

Indoor Spaces are 7x7. If you need additional room please purchase an additional space. Plan accordingly. 

 

Outdoor Spaces are 10x10. If you need additional room please purchase an additional space. Plan accordingly.

 

These spots are limited. 

 

Events will be held on the following dates most are TBD and will be updated as soon as they are announced:

  • Saturday April 19th - Easter Market

  • June - Grillin & Chillin (Date TBD)

  • July 26 - Bites & Boutiques (5pm-8pm)

  • August - Downtown Dixon Wine Stroll (Date TBD 4pm-8pm)

  • September - Downtown Dixon Railroad Days (Date& Time TBD)

  • October - Downtown Dixon Beer Fest (Date TBD 4pm-8pm)

  • November - Downtown Dixon Holiday Open House (Date& Time TBD)

  • December - Downtown Dixon Christmas Tree Lighting (Date TBD 6pm-8pm)

***These events are held at 160 W A St inside the venue and our parking lot***

 

This amount is non-refundable for any reason. You will be obligated to confirm your spot 2 weeks prior to the event. If you fail to confirm your spot, I will assume you will not be attending and you will forfeit your spot for the event.

 

You must provide your own tables, chairs and pop up. I do have tables on site for rent at $10/table. Tables are limited and on first come first serve basis. Please let me know ahead of time if you wish to rent a table. 

 

Spots are not refundable but are transferable (let me know who will take your place). Feel free to reach out with any questions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

LICENSING

All vendors are required to have a City of Dixon Business License. If you do not have one but wish to purchase a daily one from us, an additional $15 will apply. If you are purchasing a Vendor Package $100 for the daily license will be added.

 A copy of your license will be required 1 week prior to the event. You can apply for a City of Dixon business license online on the City's website. 

 

All food vendors must be licensed with the County. If you sign up and do not have the proper licensing, we will NOT issue a refund. Please make sure you are licensed. We will be checking your status with the county 1 week prior to the event.
